Blog Post #3 – Sherwin Meadows and Snow

Featured Photo Blog #3

I had planned on shooting a super moon at this location on a cold early evening in April. (Yes, we can get snowstorms in April here in the Eastern Sierra.). Clouds prevented my seeing the moon but clouds also took on saturated pinks and purples as the sun settled behind Laurel and Bloody Mountains. Somehow time stands still when observing this raw and short-lived beauty. Somehow cold fingers and toes don’t matter.
